Athina Sitaras is a senior operations leader with 20+ years’ experience across automotive, defence, and engineering.

Starting her career as a mechanic, she rose to workshop manager overseeing military vehicle fleets. She is now General Manager at I Service Any Car, leading a major UAE automotive network and driving operational excellence, growth, and customer satisfaction.

Athina has also held senior defence roles, including Engineering Consultant to the UAE Armed Forces and Training Manager for the Afghanistan National Army. She began her career in the British Army and was recognised on the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List for her engineering contributions.

She brings a powerful mix of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and commercial focus. Outside of work, Athina enjoys playing piano and spending time with her husband, Richard, their two children, and Labrador, Pablo.

Kristina keeps the workshop moving by managing parts ordering, pricing, and availability—ensuring vehicles get what they need quickly and cost-effectively.

With a background in garage operations, she brings strong expertise in supplier coordination and procurement. Detail-oriented and proactive, she delivers accurate, timely support and keeps the ordering process smooth and efficient for the whole team.

David is the go-to person at I Service Any Car—if something needs handling, he handles it.

With a lifetime in the automotive industry, he brings instinctive, experience-led insight and is known for giving clear, practical advice customers can trust. Guided by a “customer first” mindset, he’s a reliable and respected presence across the team.

Outside work, David stays busy with netball, football, and being a hands-on dad.

EJ keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting accounts and admin with precision. From invoices to documentation, EJ ensures everything is accurate, organised, and on track.

With a background in operations, EJ brings a detail-oriented, reliable approach and is trusted across the team for getting the numbers right—right down to the petty cash.

Outside of work, EJ enjoys motorbike riding, scuba diving, and freediving.
