“Win a Free Courtesy Car for 12 Months” Promotion

1.⁠ ⁠Prize Description

The winner will receive the use of a branded courtesy car provided by I Service Any Car for a period of 12 months. Fuel and Salik (toll charges) are not included in the prize. The vehicle remains the property of I Service Any Car for the duration of the prize period.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

To qualify for the prize, the winner must:

•⁠  ⁠Be at least 25 years of age.

•⁠  ⁠Hold a valid UAE driving licence for a minimum of one (1) year.

•⁠  ⁠Hold a valid UAE residence visa for the full duration of the prize period.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the prize being forfeited.

3.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

The winner must use the vehicle responsibly and lawfully at all times. Any misuse of the vehicle (including reckless driving, off-road use, unauthorised modifications, or lending the car to unlicensed drivers) will result in the immediate collection of the vehicle and termination of the prize. The winner is responsible for all parking fees, traffic fines, and Salik charges incurred during the prize period.

4.⁠ ⁠Accidents and Repairs

In the event of an accident, the winner must follow UAE traffic procedures, including contacting the police and obtaining an official accident report. If the winner is found at fault, they are responsible for:

•⁠  ⁠The insurance excess applicable to the repair, and

•⁠  ⁠Any damages not covered by insurance.

If the vehicle breaks down (mechanical or electrical fault), I Service Any Car will recover and repair the vehicle free of charge.

5.⁠ ⁠Non-Exchangeable and Non-Transferable

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another person. Only the named winner may use the vehicle.

6.⁠ ⁠Termination

I Service Any Car reserves the right to withdraw or repossess the vehicle at any time if the winner:

•⁠  ⁠Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions,

•⁠  ⁠Misuses the vehicle, or

•⁠  ⁠Engages in conduct that may damage the brand or reputation of I Service Any Car.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability

I Service Any Car will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse or negligence, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the promotion or use of the vehicle.

8.⁠ ⁠Agreement

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
